Her heart pounded with every drum beat. Her ears sharply perked up with every electric guitar note. She nearly lost her voice singing along and shouting out lyrics when encouraged by the lead singer. Sitting next to the right hand speakers was an amazing part of the concert experience...
...An experience capped by meeting the band. "Hi!" to the lead singer, Charles Bond. "Hi!" to bass guitarist, Nigel Tripp. "Hi!" to electric guitarist, Andrew Reed.
And her on my moment. He extended his hand to shake hers. Drummer James Taylor wanted to meet her before she wanted to meet him. She had such a crush on James Taylor and he allowed the chance at a meaningful conversation throughout the whole of the meet-and-greet. At the end of the night, with autographs, camera shots with the band both as a group and individually, and lingering words to take home, she left with a giddy smile to last forever.
