Honor Jimi Hendrix

November 27, 1942 - September 18, 1970

Jimi enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1961 to train as a paratrooper, but was granted honorable discharge in 1962.

My take away -
Jimi Hendrix influenced so many musicians following his time.  His career was promising.  His future was set.  Jimi Hendrix was only 27 years old at the time of his death...far too soon for anyone, let alone the talent of Jimi Hendrix.  In my generation, Jimi Hendrix is an inspiration.  His legacy will forever live on.
