Sammy Hagar - Solo Debut

With that said, I was curious to know more about Sammy Hagar's solo studio albums and their successes. As stated in the post link, Hagar has 13 albums to his name alone.
In this post, I will highlight select albums.
Nine on a Ten Scale was Hagar's debut solo album, released in May 1976.
Sammy Hagar was Hagar's second album, released in January 1977. It is also referred to as The Red Album in honor of his anthem "Red" and nickname "Red Rocker." (Wikipedia)
Street Machine was Hagar's fourth album, released in September 1979. It peaked at No. 71 on Billboard 200 in October 1979. (Wikipedia)
Danger Zone was Hagar's fifth album, released in June 1980. Special appearances were made in this album, including Journey's Steve Perry and Neal Schon (drummer for Journey). (Wikipedia)
Standing Hampton was Hagar's sixth album, released in January 1982. "There's Only One Way to Rock" and "I Can't Drive 55" are signature songs by Sammy Hagar and were staples in performance when he joined Van Halen.
Standing Hampton is certified Platinum by the RIAA (Recording Industry Association of America).

VOA was Sammy Hagar's eighth and final solo album before joining Van Halen. VOA is in reference to Voice of America. The album was released in July 1984.

I Never Said Goodbye was Hagar's ninth and final solo album since VOA and with release while with Van Halen. Eddie Van Halen was a feature as bass guitarist. The album charted No. 14 on Billboard 200. I Never Said Goodbye was released in 1987. "Give to Live" is the third track from the album and charted No. 1 on Mainstream Rock Tracks in 1987. (Wikipedia)
Marching to Mars was Hagar's tenth album and first solo after departing from Van Halen. The album was released in May 1997.
The albums listed in this post are samples of Sammy Hagar's extensive work as a musician. His history as a solo artist and with bands is impressive and truly honors his talent.
