At the end of the day

In this edition of At the end of the day, the post Musical Chairs best describes how this week has played out - no core theme.

I launched the first of April with Justin Timberlake's "What Goes Around...Comes Around" in YouTube video format and article format.

My intention for Tuesday was the "Eruption" solo simply because Eddie Van Halen is a guitar genius.  This didn't pan out, so I considered "Everybody Have Fun Tonight," but the filming of the video was not so much.  And so I went with "If I Ever Lose My Faith in You" as performed by Sting and Chris Botti Live in Boston.  Your guess is as good as mine as to how I go from a powerful and iconic electric guitar solo to two timeless musicians all of whom are in entirely different genres.

Wednesday - "Crazy" in YouTube video format and article format.  Genres - Electronic, Neo Soul (combination of Soul and R&B)

Thursday - "Kurski Funk" in YouTube video format and article format.  Genres - New Wave, Ethno-Jazz, World Fusion

And there you have it.  A true game of musical chairs.
