Go crazy over Seal's hit song, "Crazy." The YouTube share is your top favorite for this week.
Let's talk more about Seal as a music artist.
Dear readers and passersby,
I thought I would provide an update to my book, Lauren Alain Style Book.
I pulled it from the market because the interior was black and white when the interior should have been in color. I redid the full process so once it goes live, I will let you know should you be interested in purchasing.

"Let's Go Crazy" ... "Crazy" (GB) ... "Crazy" (Seal)
Call me crazy, but my obsession with the word "crazy" in song has a reason that will come to light next week - Monday, 6/24/2024.
Hang tight. All the craze is just around the corner.
In today's Sunday Favorite, my top choice -
The link above featured high end drum kits under $1,000. Four were in the spotlight on Set List but there were many more to choose from.
With that said, I am opting for a unique style to end this week - 2024 Trending Gear on zZounds (disclaimer applied).
I have an announcement to share on Set List -
There is a new commercial jingle that has caught my attention.
The advertisement is for the 2024 XC40 Volvo.
The musical highlight - "For Every You" by Teddybears.
The jingle is generally not my interest but I am always up for considering new songs and genres.
And so from Kia to Volvo, play it Friday!
Lollapalooza 2024
When: August 1 - August 4
Where: Grant Park
- Who -
Mersiv
Ruel
Whyte Fang
I loved the Duran Duran concert in May 2008 but when I thought I was going to lose my sense of hearing, I realized live music isn't for me. Grant Park's open air concerts are definitely not for me.
As with every major highlight, I am guessing there will be opening acts.
June is nearly half over so July is on its way and August tends to sneak up in the summer season. If any or all of the bands listed above are of interest or just curious, have fun and be safe.

In this edition of Play It Friday, love for Tony Bennett pours out ...in San Francisco.
Other signature songs by Tony Bennett include "The Way You Look Tonight," "The Best Is Yet to Come," "Cheek to Cheek," "Fly Me to the Moon," "My Foolish Heart," and many more.
Let's focus on my personal favorite - "The Way You Look Tonight"
"The Way You Look Tonight" was originally released in August 1936 for the film Swing Time - performed by Fred Astaire, composed by Jerome Kern, and lyrics written by Dorothy Fields. Honor - Academy Award for Best Original Song (1936).
Over time, versions of the song paved the way for continued and growing love and success.
Frank Sinatra offers the most well-known cover garnering silver certification in the UK...
...and then there is Tony Bennett. He is now familiar on Set List so consider the other hand - the ultimate singer in the rat pack.
Journey's most well-known lineup includes Steve Perry (lead and backing vocals), Neal Schon (guitar, backing vocals), Gregg Rolie (keyboards, backing vocals, lead vocals), Ross Valory (bass guitar, backing vocals), Aynsley Dunbar (drums).
This lineup lasted from October 1977 to October 1978. Original members and new members began making changes leading to the present day lineup - Amel Pineda (lead vocals), Neal Schon (lead guitar, backing vocals), Jonathan Cain (keyboards, rhythm guitar, backing vocals), Jason Derlatka (keyboards, backing and lead vocals), Todd Jensen (bass guitar, backing vocals), Deen Castronovo (drums, backing and lead vocals).
Steve Perry remained with Journey through May 1998.
The discography recorded and released with the most iconic lineup for Journey includes -
Infinity (1978)
Greatest Hits (1988)
The Ballade (1991)
Time (1992)
The Essential Journey (2001)
