Aerosmith classics that one generation before me grew up with are songs that I do not necessarily have to research, but don't generally land in my iTunes collection. The Aerosmith "anthem" for my mother's generation was "Dream On."

Aerosmith is an American icon in the music industry. Their debut album was released ten years after my mother was born and ten years before me. Therefore, I am a fan because of one generation ahead of me and I imagine generations after me have discovered Aerosmith as well.
