Wedding Bells

In November 2011, wedding bells chimed in Santa Monica, California.  The bride - Rebecca.  The groom - my father.  I was unable to attend so I thought I would dedicate this post to him and her.

"Rolling in the Deep" by Adele was the best-performing single in 2011, reaching No. 1 on Billboard Year End Hot 100.

21 by Adele was off and on the No. 1 album on Billboard 200 and sold 5 million copies.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Adele was named Top Pop Artist of 2011.

Adele clearly defined 2011 (and to date).  The only other artist I would include in this post is Sting and his romantic ballad "If I Ever Lose My Faith In You."
