In One Night - Record, Album, Song of the Year Grammy Award

On this Labor Day 2019, I am highlighting those who have won the three most prestigious Grammy Award categories - Record of the Year, Album of the Year, and Song of the Year...and all in one night.  As of 2018, only seven artists have achieved such status and one artist made Grammy history by winning all three awards twice - both times being in one night.

The corporate industry is labor inducing, from internship to CEO.  The medical field is labor inducing, from student to attending.  Politics is labor inducing and a topic I will not go into.

The entertainment industry is labor inducing, from auditions to call backs to rejections to starting over and eventually landing a part, whether as an extra or one with lines or landing the coveted A-list status.

The music industry is the same as the entertainment industry.

From corporate to music, natural talent and interest, a labor of love, sincere dedication, and passion go behind the career.

And so to achieve all three major Grammy Award categories in one night is profoundly impressive and proof that a labor of love pays off.
