Biggest British pop success since the Beatles ("Spicemania")
In my opinion, the Spice Girls were best appealing to younger audiences - especially teenagers and young adults intrigued by a new wave in pop music. The same would have been said about the Beatles, so I suppose "Spicemania" was an appropriate label.
The Spice Girls truly are one to consider in the music industry.
