The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Shania Twain, and The Eagles have Diamond certification.
USA Today further declared Whitney Houston to be the first black music artist to earn three Diamond-certified albums. Side note - Whitney Houston was posthumously inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2020.

"Something About the Way You Look Tonight/Candle in the Wind" by Elton John was certified Diamond in October 1997 - two years before official Diamond status by RIAA.
