On a domestic scale, the United States has had its share of disgrace, guilt, and lack of justice. These sins continue to the present time. Yet, we have the Constitution to protect us.
On a global scale, lack of human regard, dismal fate, and devastating inequality in every way imaginable scars country to country.
No one is above the law and innocent until proven guilty are mantras to the U.S. and if only to the world.
Until then, humanity is driven to tears.
