Charlie Watts joined The Rolling Stones in 1963.
Charlie stayed with The Rolling Stones until his death in 2021.
Beyond drums, Charlie designed album covers and tour stages for the band.

Charlie worked with a side group - the Charlie Watts Quintet & Charlie Watts Tentet.
The Rolling Stones were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1989 & the UK Music Hall of Fame in 2004.
Voted into Modern Drummer Hall of Fame in 2006 (after Modern Drummer magazine) ... Other drummers included are Ringo Starr, Keith Moon, Steve Gadd, Buddy Rich, and others especially in rock and jazz
