Chicago Americana

In this edition of Friday Fave, I thought I would share a newly discovered favorite song - "Long Way Home" by Chicago musician, Luke Underhill.  The find is in many thanks to the website, Chillfiltr, whose international base is "grow roots."

Luke Underhill is a young talent (only in his early 20s) best known as the "piano man."  His songs are emotionally driven.  Luke's official debut album, The Left Side, was released in 2017.  His "sophomore" studio album, Illuminations, is in collaboration with producer, Warren Huart (whose clientele includes such names as The Fray, Aerosmith, Better Than Ezra, and many more).  As of 2017, Luke Underhill has skyrocketed in fan base - from Spotify to YouTube to social media...all well into the thousands.  In a few brief words to describe Luke Underhill - "story telling ability and unique sound."
